Great customer service, excellent workmanship following are accident the car now looks just like it did when I took delivery from the dealer.

Sent my Van in for insurance repairs, there seemed to be confusion over how long they would have the van for as first I was told 1 week then 3 days and then 1 week again by various people. As my van is how I make a living a more definitive schedule would be more helpful. Mechanically the van is top shape but when I arrived to collect the van I was told it has a coolant leak, this was most definitely not the case when the van was left with these guys. When the van was brought back to me from the mechanic across the road there was coolant leaking everywhere around the radiator. When I questioned the leak the attitude was very poor and the guy was instantly on the defensive. By the time I'd driven the 5 minute journey home all coolant was gone. I booked my van in to my mechanic the next day and he confirmed that when they had replaced the bumper the housing that holds the radiator hose in place had been installed upside down so it was falling off and leaking coolant. And that's not all, the new wing doesn't even line up with the door.

Had a accident on back bumper , this guys had a perfect job , perfectly colour match BUT they were a little slow to order part .

Bad business practice. Would not provide a quote because it was a private job, and had to pay $100.00 to get a quote. I run a business too, quoting is something you do, and you don't always get the job. Bad business practice in my view.
