Was advised to go here (servicing) for an airbag recall and check up for my 2002 Corolla. Note: The day before this I had just had new tyres put on at TyrePower. Took about 4 hours which is understandable as they were busy, but when I picked my car up I was told I needed new tyres ... is it just standard for most mechanics to say everyone needs "new tyres" ? I don't know, but I thought it was ridiculous, and won't be going back there.
They should just stick to being mechanics, not salespeople.

I bought a used car from Mandurah Toyota and have had a number of problems with it. In addition, whilst trying to get these issues resolved, I've received poor customer service such as Mandurah Toyota not returning my calls and not completing agreed actions until I repeatedly chase them.

Had a great deal when I bought my car.. Staff are friendly and happy to look at any concerns during a service. I make a day of it as they look after my car i dont mins it takes over an hour to visit them and walk around centro mandurah (which is always going to be mandurah forum to me) :)
