What a keystone operation two men I think turned up were rude arrogant and stunk like curry I would advise you to choose another removalist or you will be burnt

Worst customer service ever!
Bought a couch from gumtree and needed it moved from sellers place to mine, stupidly paid beforehand. They canceled the move on the day as their truck broke down, do they only have one?? Then the next morning they were late and I couldn't keep the seller waiting, we both have to get to work so I canceled the job and requested a refund. This was THREE WEEKS AGO still chasing up the refund, been told a few times that it's being transferred but hasn't come through.

Terrible. They scratched up our nice dining table and broke our fridge, hundreds of dollars of damage and they refuse to compensate us for the damages.

I am very disappointed as 2 men who stunk of body odour moved my furniture and damaged my $2000 stereo were doing 60km on the ipswich highway and were standing in the truck reading my picture not the way to run a business guys

I rate this company a 0. Their service is absolutely disgusting. Turned up hours late on the day and damaged my fridge and now are taking no responsibility even though I have photo evidence on the day of the removal that the fridge was in perfect condition. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

Didnt turn up when called was told the truck had broken down .. reading other revievs it seem a common occurence .
Never will use this company again , waisted my day

Terrible experience ever! Paid premium for 5 men but received unprofessional service. Broke furniture and damaged house. They are dishonest and take no responsibility!

Literally THE WORST movers ever! If you need a professional service, look ANYWHERE else. We would have found better movers if we had chosen two people at random off the street!
The service provided by this moving company was absolutely dreadful. The movers worked at an incredibly slow place – the move should have taken at least half the time. They dropped and damaged our marble top table (along with a number of storage containers). When they arrived at our new apartment they stopped moving altogether, refusing to continue until they were paid – this happened on numerous occasions. One of the movers, in particular, was extremely argumentative and difficult. This was far from the service advertised on their website!
When we rang the company and told them of the damaged table we were told the company’s insurance would cover the cost of the damage and to just email them, however the company’s response to our email was that it was OUR fault the table was damaged and that the matter was ‘settled and closed’. Fancy blaming the customer! The ‘culture’ of this company is appalling – from the bottom right up to the top. This company uses contractors, so you cannot be sure who you get. BEWARE and USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. A horrible experience.

W O R S T YOU COULD EVER COME ACROSS**, booked for pickup between 9-10AM today (confirmed booking with deposit paid), receive a call around 10.30 truck broke down and tow to garage, Guys were lying couldn't give proper reply when enquired about which tow company and garage. Later at 11 AM receive a call from them saying that I will have to 200$ more for 2 hours before the pickup, totally disappointed
going to take up with Consumer Affairs.

My daughter moved recently and thanks to Mandy Moving & Packaging, her furniture was removed, transported and loaded quickly and efficiently. Great service from movers as their guys worked quickly to meet my deadline drop off at storage company. Overall they went that extra mile. Great prices and great service-just want you need!
