This plumber should be avoided. A major disaster has fortunately been avoided because we caught it in time, we could have had a major flood in our roof cavity. A very hot copper pipe from the solar hot water system with inappropriate lagging (air con tubing!) has melted a PVC hot water service pipe in the ceiling. We may need to have some ceiling and cornice replaced. The practices are poor and often do not comply with regulation. I know of at least 2 plumbers who are doing well out of repairing this shoddy workmanship on a regular basis. The plumber is rude and ignorant, has left abusive messages, and ignores calls to get the plumber to return to correct the work. On the whole, Appallingly bad. Avoid.
