I did not even get to have my treatment done. This has to be the worst Electrolysis place to go to in Melbourne. I first went directly to the shop to enquire and make an appointment to have electrolysis done. The girl at the counter made an appointment for me and said only 2 girls did this treatment at their salon. I arrived a week later on my appointment date and was told to fill in the usual questionnaire sheet of allergies, past operations, sicknesses, etc, which I did. Then a girl came to collect me to have my first session of 5 mins for $33.00 done of electrolysis. She was not interested in doing anything for me. She did not want to do any electrolysis for me, even convinced me that laser would be pointless as well. The areas I wanted treatment, were my underarms and in between my eyebrows. Now I had electrolysis 20 years ago but had to stop as I fell pregnant with my son and the treatment was not completed and I was hoping to now have it finished. I do know that it is painful and was willing to do this all again, just to finish the process that was started 20 years ago. The assistant was not interested in anything I had to say. I even suggested would laser be ok then, could I try that but she said there would be no point.
I was angry and disappointed and when I left I explained to her that this all could have been told to me before I wasted my time making an appointment and filling out the medical form but she did not even flinch. Its like she could not have cared less and as a person representing Manhattan Skin and Laser Clinic - Watsonia, well you should know I would never recommend your services and will tell everyone I know to stay clear of your clinic. There was no reason for her not to treat me or give me further options but she was not interested in even talking to me when I gave suggestions. Their customer service is terrible and I would never go back again. It was a total waste of my time. As a matter of interest, I left and went to another clinic that could help me and treat me and were lovely people also.

Amazing service and quality in all their services, with all their staff and all the products offered and with very friendly staff. One of, if not the best I have found. Cannot recommend too highly.
