I have had a 13-year association with this family medical practice and I feel the doctors are very caring and seem to remember who you are from visit to visit including the reception staff. It helps that the same reception staff have worked here for the duration of my association and longer. All staff are very much on top of all the issues and if the doctor is in the slightest way concerned about an issue, will call the patient at home or work to discuss and make a special appointment. They also bulk bill when appropriate. I hope to have a much longer association with this practice in years to come.
