Poor guidance, takes very long time to refund. I had booked a ticket in November 2019 which i had to cancel on February 2020 because of their mistake on my ticket and it’s already july 2020 But is still pending.

They were very good initially but after using their services for 4 years I realised that there were best offers in market which they were unable to match. Their female staff at Clayton needs to pick the act up. I believe in expanding the network they compromised on delivery and performance.

They sometimes offer really great deals. They allowed me to minimize the spending of my trips and spend on other syuffs. Good and friendly service staffs as well.

Mann Travel regularly gives the best deals in the town for airfares. Recently, i went back to my country through Mann travels and i got the deal for 1000 dollars else it would have cost me 1600 dollars. The customer service they provide is also fantastic.
