I'm a former patient. I had the utmost faith in my GP, until afew years back. He diagnosed me wrong twice and I almost passed away. If not for a skilled dedicated surgeon overseas. I was overseas at the time. I would not be alive today. He later informed me that my GP should have done more tests, & he almost cost you your life.
When I got back I went to see him & he showed very little interest. Naturally he stuffed it. Left him after my 2nd time of another misdiagnosing.

Went to get my first covid vaccine. Waited over half an hour to be called and when they called my name - using NO last names - another girl immediately jumped up and went straight into the room before I was fully standing. Went to speak to the front desk as I was pretty sure that was actually supposed to be me. The lady at the reception seemed confused and while she was looking me up in the system the other woman had already had her vaccine and came back out. They finally figured out that it was actually supposed to be me and they’d administered the vaccine to her under my name! When I went into the room they didn’t even check any of my details and I was the one who had to make sure they had the right person this time. The doctor and reception staff didn’t seem to know what was going on and had to hurry back into the waiting room to find out who they had actually given the vaccine to. I won’t be going back - very unprofessional.

Absolute debarcle of a clinic. The receptionists are away with the fairies and keep you waiting in the wrong waiting areas. Never on time - never again am I coming back!

Lovely, friendly people, make you feel welcome and always a pleasure to visit. I take great comfort knowing they are there, and it's easy access too.

This is a very trusted family surgery. The only negative is that you sometimes you will have to wait quite a long time which can only be expected at a popular surgery. The receptionists are very accommodating whenever they can be which is much appreciated.

In 2009, Mr Theo Sdralis from this clinic performed surgery on my then 4yo daughter, removing her tonsils and adenoids after she'd been diagnosed with sleep apnoea and a 90% obstruction of her airway due to the adenoids. He was sweet and gentle with her, ensuring she wasn't afraid, and reassuring me as I hovered in anxiety! Afterwards she had absolutely NO pain and none of the complications other people have described in the recovery period. In fact, a nurse actually remarked the morning after surgery that "you can always tell Theo's work". Suspecting he'd maybe left his signature in her throat, I queried this strange comment! She replied that he was incredibly precise and neat. I have to agree. My baby is my reason for living and the most precious creature in the world to me. And I trusted him with her and a scalpel! He's sweet, friendly and very compassionate. Quite pricey, but believe me, he's worth it! Our paediatrician actually referred his own nephew to Mr Sdralis, saying he wouldn't consider sending someone he loved so much to anyone other than Mr Sdralis - high praise in my opinion!

Good reception staff and doctors. You need this kind of service when you're not well. Good to see a group of people working together as a team. Gives you real confidence knowing you are being looked after

Having seen Dr Joe Juhasz for many many years, I have had years of experience of going to this clinic which now consists of approximately 30 doctors. When the doctor you wish to see is unavailable, there is always a choice of available doctors, all of whom who are good. Anyone living in the Doncaster/Lower Templestowe/Templestowe area, needing a good doctor, will find somebody suitable here. They are open long hours, over weekends and occupy a building of pathologists, radiologists and other specialist doctors. There is a chemist in the building so all your needs can be serviced at one go. There is ample parking outside as well as covered parking with a lift going to the surgery.
