"Dud" product - Bonaire Split system. Dysmal after-sales-service. Technicians sent to rectify faults did nothing and were rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Don't trust them!

Outraged with Mannix Airconditioning and Solar who recently employed a family member as a junior installer and then sacked him only ONE DAY after he told the boss that he had a mental health condition that he needed to get treatment for. The "boss", Sam Mannix - assured him that he would be supported and his work environment adjusted until he got on top of it - which he is going to, by the way because it's a treatable condition. Why tell someone that, and then sack them the next day!!! So much for Mannix Air & Solar supporting the mental health of their employees. No wonder there is still such a stigma around mental health. Stop making it so hard for our boys and men with mental health concerns. SHAME ON YOU.

STAY AWAY FROM MANNIX. I had an air conditioner installed by Mannix, The installers scratched my car. the air con did not work when installed & Mannix said it wasn't their problem. I had to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer replaced a part but the air con is still not working properly. I called Mannix & asked them to come out & look at it,the man refused. He said, "we don't do repairs/service. You got what you paid for, an air con, not our problem" then he hung up on me! Basically Mannix are happy to take your money, but if the unit doesn't work, they wash their hands of it. So I just paid $2,500 for an air con that hasn't worked from day one - STAY AWAY FROM MANNIX!
