I wouldn't recommend this business! 3 strikes you're out. 3 times we've received half our order. Twice we've had to get in the car, drive down there to get what they missed. Out a delivery fee, time, convenience and feeding hungry kids at 7pm because they can't read a list!!! Won't be ordering from there again.

Of recent times the standard of Manor Lakes Charcoal chicken has declined.

The chips use to be cooked fresh to order and the oil was always fresh.

If the chips are cooked to order then they are using old oil and they are not as nice.

Son got chicken gravy for his chips the other night that he saw come out of bucket and heated up. It was a congealed mess that you could not get out of the tub.

We popped in to get a quick dinner from this take away outlet about 1 week ago and ordered a 1/2 chicken pack with chips. found it odd to be charged extra $1 for wanting drumsticks - not sure if other places charge the same?

we were absolutely astounded at the amount of chips .... could have been enough for 4 people instead of 2!

in any event the chicken and chips was delicious tasting and thankfully the chips were not bombarded with salt!!!

Highly Recommend. Family owned and run. Best chicken meals in the West! So grateful to have a weekly roast chicken meal cooked for us once a week (saves me cooking it) Always greeted with a friendly smile . . . What more could you want.
