I tried their eyebrows threading, one of their staff is friendly but she had having hard time cleaning/shaping my eyebrows she said due to my mole and resulting my other eyebrow become thinner. I wasn't happy and she called her colleague and to fix it. I was disappointed as I didnt get the thickness I wanted it to be and I also got some small cuts.
