This surgery appears to fail in its duty of care. I would think duty of care is primary in any medical practice. It fails its doctors, which is why so many leave. And it fails its patients, which leaves them to find care elsewhere. Surely continuity of care is an important part of good health.

Such friendly reception staff which is rare to find, plus Dr Whyatt is probably the best doctor anyone could ask for. Genuine, listens, and has time and compassion. Top guy. Thanks.

The doctors, nurses and reception staff here are all very caring and try to do their very best by their patients. They try to give same-day appointments for as many patients, including new patients, as possible. This is not always possible in peak flu seasons but as near as you can possibly get. There are currently 7 doctors on shift a day with 3 nurses and they give it their all. They do general health care, skin care, work site injuries, ongoing health care for people with long-term conditions - they do the whole range. There is also a psychologist who comes in and sees patients there. The reception staff are second-to-none in their quest to help everyone and ensure their visit to their local doctor is as painless as can possibly be. The nursing staff are exceptionally dedicated and caring and are in for the long haul should you have a long-term need. All in all, by far the best surgery to go to should you be looking for a caring environment with highly skilful practitioners.
