So grateful we found this little hidden gem in our area. It really does have that home away from home feeling. The owner did our orientation and took us through all the things we needed to do without making us feel rushed. It was so nice to be made to feel that our questions mattered and she answered everything with so much knowledge and love. I can see on the information board at front their menus daily and I can see their senior educators have all been there long term. Most over 10yrs so I love that my girl has the same teacher that my cousins son had. An added bonus was having all incursions free I don’t pay any extra for the weekly incursions like sports, soccer, yoga and the mindfulness programs they provide for the kids. I love how my girl gets to experience all these extra activities that I personally don’t have the time to take her to but this daycare does. Communication is easy with the owner I speak to her direct when I pick my girl up or I email and she replies 24/7 to me. Definitely can see the passion and love from the owner for this place and the children that attend. Staff are great too and communication is fantastic. Really blessed we found this small family owned daycare. We spoke to the owner via phone and she greeted us an hour later to show us through. The staff all looked happy to be there and were having fun with the children. I liked how everyone was naturally enjoying themselves and not a fake experience because we were there. I really liked the small room sizes as its not flooded like sheep like others we saw. We loved the home feel. I learned not to judge a book by its cover. As its the quality of the centre staff and nurturing that matter not the flash outdoors. Its an old fashioned family feel style home block that i grew up in. Nice yard with real grass and a sand pit and cubby. This is perfect for my twins.
The menu and food is cooked daily by the cook. I like i can see whats on offer everyday.
I love the option of booking online if i need extra days. And i look forward to next year when i dont have to worry about my twins going to Rawlinson Primary as this place does all the before and after school care plus they do the half day for kindy pickups too. What a relief. Great work to all staff there i appreciate the love shown to my family
