The prices for these shoes are such a bargain!! I purchased 2 heels for $90 and they are so comfy for heels soooo HIGH!
Staff are quite lovely and helpful and they always have new stock. Love this store!!!

the shoes there are really cute and staff there are very nice. I bought them on discount, save me a lot of money. But the male's shoes are not as good as females

The first few times i went to the store it was terrific service - about twice. The last time the service i thought was fantastic originally. I went there to purchase one pair of boots i had seen in the window days earlier and loved which were priced $120, there were two girls working & told me there was a sale on were i can get two pairs of boots for $120 (I was confused how can they charge 120 for 1 & 120 for 2 pairs- & not allow $60 for 1). I purchased a hand bag that was on sale for $60 only if i bought the boots. I paid in cash. When i started to use the handbag days later i realized the lining on the inside ripped so that everything i put in it would get lost in all the lining. I just thought thats why its was on sale - i loved my boots & couldn't wait to have a reason to wear them so didn't try exchange bag. The next week i wore the shoes out for the First time i put boots on & went to dinner 5 mins from my house (so wasn't even out walking the streets in the city/jogging or anything) and while i was walking to bathrooms during dinner my heel snapped off. I first looked for receipt which i couldn't find thought well the girl would have to remember me because me & boyfriend were in store for so long chatting to her - I called and she said company policy is no repairs/exchange or refunds without receipt - i explained that i didn't want refund etc i just wanted my boots not to be broken / break so soon she said she remembered me & my purchase but there was nothing she could do. I asked her if she could look for their copy of my receipt or check the camera's as you will see i paid which she already knew i did & remembered me buying them & she declined. I asked to speak to her boss she said her area manager is strict on this policy and will not accept me speaking to her. I ended call in tears & tried to contact Marco Gianni, Burwood via their website contact us option & they didn't even respond to my email.
