Marenello's restaurant at Concord offers delicious Italian cuisine and a great local dining experience. The quality of the food is brilliant, fresh and delicious. The customer service is shocking and needs to be worked on. Every time that I have eaten here, it is such a challenge getting someone to come serve you, nobody comes and checks how you are going, and I often have to ask several times for help. I think the pricing is fair for the high standard of food that you are getting. If the customer service could improve, Maranello's would easily be a 5-star restaurant in my book.
