Margarets Alterations

The work by the staff here is exceptional, and when they say an item will be ready by a date (usually about a week or two but no more) it has always been ready by that date. My wardrobe is better off for these lovely ladies - I routinely buy designer suits and dresses on sale for cheaper, then have them altered here and I’ve never been disappointed

Terrible customer service, my item wasnt ready when they said it would be and there was no apology for this and not a great job either!

I was referred by a colleague at Vogue Australia and was horrified at their lack of work ethic. I would not recommend this alterations service at all. I brought in my lanvin dress that required alteration for an event two weeks in advance and they said 'We are too busy for you. We can't do your work for you in under three months.' I'm surprised that have any customers at all.

I had some suits tailored here and the workmanship was excellent. a small shop but a great service. the ladies are friendly and the costs are reasonable . i had to have sleeves shortened and pant taken in and all was done very well
