Absolutely horrendous communication and business ethics stay away from the people at all costs. Just google them and read the reviews pay no attention to the reviews on website. You have to absolutely hound them to get your order sent. Wont communicate with you after you pay. Buyer beware

Not impressed with online sales at all, at least my money was refunded after them being unable to process my order after many unanswered calls. Frustrating to say the least however I have shopped in store several times and been more than happy with variety, quality and price. A shame the online shop was such a disaster.

Wow i cant say anything more than OMG owner went out of their way to help me with a cracked tank without spending a fortune or not trying to convince me to buy a new tank what superb service and advice I would definitely be shopping again thank you

Don't buy site unseen online. After spending $1600 at this business for the online order and delivery and not receiving stock in good condition nor what I had ordered and having the owner be unavailable to help sort this out, I am very unsatisfied. Check out the reviews on their Facebook page. You may not receive stock in good condition and you may not receive what you ordered.

They know their stuff and have a nice wide selection of stock product and fish varieties but are a little pricey. I do like their 'doa dead on arrival' policy which gives 1 weeks guarantee.

Great selection of fish, great advice, friendly service, OK prices, and a great atmosphere. Definitely the best Aquarium shop in the area. My 2 clowns are going great
