This restaurant is a hidden gem. It is in the Cruising Yacht Club SA complex and although sailors know about it, most of the general public does not. Just before Christmas we had a family meal on the Sunday. The steak and seafood buffet is $35.00 with a large selection of foods which means everyone is happy. Lovely sitting on the deck overlooking the water. A la carte menu is available on some other days. Check times for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Dined as a group of 4. It wasn't the easiest to find, being behind locked gates. Missed the gateway twice. Entrance to the restaurant wasn't easy as the car park was dark and signage unclear. Once inside, the premises was welcoming, well lit and set out. We had a window table and were hoping for a view over the water. Unfortunately it was unlit. During the day, it would be beautiful scenery. Service was good, with the table regularly attended. It wasn't a busy night and things may have been different if otherwise. The food was excellent with big serves provided. Linguine marinara was very tasty. The grilled flounder was also said to be nicely cooked. Don't over order appetisers as they are large in size. The chef urged us to have a dessert with a liqueur to finish off. We were quite 'stuffed' but indulged anyway. We weren't disappointed. The restaurant accepts Entertainment Book cards. Worth a visit.

Approximate cost: $25
