I do not know if staff sitting at the front counter is the management but they are very rude. Not helpful and a abrasive person, I went to pick up my Breville coffee machine and my 2 and half year old daughter needed to use the toilet could not hang on to get home which is a 10 min drive so I had to take her back out of her car seat and go back in and asked if they could use their toilet to do a number (2) a poo. The staff behind the desk said NO I could not believe what they had just said, I asked them if they serious on that answer they said no you cant use their loo I said its not for me its for my 2 and half year old they said no you can't use it due to public liability insurance, and the closest toiled they could use was Bunnings, I said she could not make it so, I was so horrified what could I do I took my daughter into their front garden near their door and my daughter did a poo near the front door of their entrance to the business, now would you prefer that pulling up to a business and seeing a 2 and half year old doing a c**p near the entrance you were going to conduct business with or could would you prefer that the 2 year old be show the toilet and gained some dignity as well and have your name on the internet as being rude uncaring for their customers and also, for the general community, we were not randoms off the street we just paid a bill of 65.00 plus the initial deposit of $75.00 for the repair I will be telling everyone about this experience I am glad my daughter is not old enough to remember being shamed to take a c**p in someones front garden for all the world to see, by the way I picked it up with a dog poop bag and threw it in the rubbish bin out the front of the premises friends are now saying I should have left it for them to pick up what an awful experience. If you can find better place I suggest use it.
