I would warn against taking your car here. I was quoted incorrectly with damages spoken about not included even when discussed prior to appointment, there were parts wrongly ordered. My car had to go in 3 times and they had my car for double the original time. They will not contribute towards hire cars. I was charged for parts that were not ordered or replaced. I brought this up the very next day upon going through the reciept. I was told that the shop cannot process refunds. That only heads office can. I have had no contact from accounts. I have again contacted the shop, I've been told I would be contacted. I again have not been contacted. I have again contacted the shop, where I was told that absaloutly they could not process a refund or contact accounts on my behalf. I have asked for an accounts contact and have been told again that they will contact me. My car took 3 weeks if back and forth. My refund for a part not ordered or supplied that I paid for has been 5 weeks so far.
Terrible service, not trustworthy

I I was very happy with the smash repair Mark McHugh did on my car. It came back like brand new.

Max, Gavin and the entire staff were very polite, courteous and professional. My Trailrider was repaired ahead of schedule, cleaned inside and out. Highly recommend them over other body shops locally, Handsdown

The lifetime warranty on repairs isn't worth the paper it's written on. I had trouble with my air conditioning after someone crashed into me but they didn't want to know about it. Staff don't phone you back. Assessors don't assess the car properly for damage and then they say it's up to you to get another assessment??? What a joke. They might look big and shiny on the outside but stay away from them they have no substance.

My car was sent in for hail damaged in March, 2014. I was told by staff at Mark Mchugh that they will need 2 weeks to fix the car and it will cost me $600 excess. A few days before I was due to collect my car, I rang up to check the status and was told that they needed more time. The car is supposed to be ready for collection on Monday but now, it will not be ready till Thursday, 10th April. Why didn't anyone call to inform me earlier? I have to be off work for another week due to their lack of courtesy to call me. The person I spoke to on the phone wasn't apologetic and very impolite! When I was due to collect my car on Thursday, someone called me a day before, this time saying that the car will not be ready until the following Wednesday, 16th April! This time they WILL DO ME A GREAT FAVOUR by loaning me a courtesy car. I asked if they are able to send the car to me since I am living just 12km down the road which is less than 15 mins drive but I was given a blunt NO! We are down with staff, the car is here anyway if you want to come and get it I was lucky to be able to get a lift from a mate who happened to be off work that morning. On Wednesday, I did not received any phone call from them saying that my car is ready for collection. I may have a courtesy car from them now but this is not the point. I finally hear from them on Thursday morning saying that my car is ready for collection but I was away and cant make it back before they close, but I said I WILL TRY to get there first thing in the morning when they are open after the Easter holiday. I got a phonecall from a client that weekend, wanting some work done urgently the next day when I was supposed to return the loaned car and collect mine back. As there is no one working during that holiday period in the office, I cant speak to anyone to let them know the situation. But there is one thing I know for sure, I cant lose anymore client. I went to work instead, planning to give them a call during lunch break. I got a phone call from the them, demanding the car to be returned asap as there is another client of theirs needing the car. I told them that I have told the guy on the phone last week that I WILL TRY to collect my car in the morning, I did not give them a definite yes as I dont normally make promise which I cant keep! They then had the audacity to charge me for car hire for today! Where is the Number 1 for personalised service and follow up service they claim they provide on their website? Their lack of professionalism has caused me to incur additional cost and heaps of inconvenience, I am losing not just income but also a few clients as they need their job doing urgently, they seek someone else's service! I am shock to find out that they are member of an automotive association. I have read through their Code of Ethic, they definitely did not follow them at all! They are not professional, they did not treat their client fairly and they certainly did not contact customers in advance for any additional needed! Besides, if they are so short with staff and not able to get the job done on time, they really shouldnt take in additional customers and mess them around.

They are very professional, great people to deal with, but rush their work and seem to miss attention to detail. Had lots of dust in the paintwork, painting onto parts of black plastics and not checking their complete product thoroughly enough before handing it over to the customer.
