I dont expect 5 star food or service in a food court but I do have basic expectations. Food and staff is appalling. I used to avoid eating there when the tuggerah markets was still open upstairs near coles, and thought I would give them another shot thinking there may be new owners and the place is worse than ever. Rather eat anything else than what this place has to offer.

Never will return to this store again and would not recommend anyone to go either. Service was awful and so was the products. The place is full of rodents the staff are even aware and do not seem to do much about it.

I found out from a staff member that they are apart of Tuggerah markets - which used to trade at Westfield, opposite. I witnessed staff sifting through strawberry punnets, and throwing out ones, partially eaten by rodents. a rodent run across the meat display in cen tre trade hours, and told the worker, who responded with "Not again". I reported this to Dept of Health. DISGUSTING!

Stood and waited to be served - I had to tell the staff member what I wanted to order off the menu 3 times and she still got it wrong. Then she was very reluctant to make me another one. The food was ok for the price when I actually got what I ordered.

always fresh food and great service. Fruit is fantastically priced! wouldn't go anywhere else. banana's are the best price on the coast!

The muffin and coffee deal is really good value. The muffins are really big and really fresh. The staff are friendly.

Great place to stop and grab a bite of food. Great range of food to choose from. Staff are friendly and polite. I love the hamburgers.
