We placed an order for a glass balustrade with this company and in summary after 6months and 4 attempts the glass is still wrong. We were treated with no respect and had to chase the company to organise yet another measure and fit. We finally decided enough was enough and offered to return the incorrect product installed for a full refund of our $1000 (50%deposit). The response was that the product would be collected but the job had cost them more than $1000 because of the many mistakes so they would keep the deposit. Obviously paying for their mistakes was not acceptable so we refused. We contacted other companies but the holes drilled in our solid treads were incorrect and they were reluctant to try and fix it. We have been threatened with court action by the owner despite the fact that we are yet to get a correct installation and our existing step treads and plaster wall have been damaged.The whole experience was a nightmare and we would strongly recommend that you avoid this company at all costs!
