Amazing work and I highly recommend him, does take a little time but fair on price. I have done over 4 cars with marlon and will keep on using his shop and team as they do great jobs!

I found Marlon to be friendly and helpful. He gave me a very fair quote. I was happy with that.
He said he would need the car 3 days, but I couldn't leave it that long, so he managed to finish a good professional job in less time.

I was recommended this company so took my car to be fixed. Marlon assessed it and said he could do it in 3 weeks and would get all the approvals and parts. I rang 3 weeks later and he couldn't remember me or the details although he'd taken photo's and all the details. He said to bring it in in 3 days but he'd ring and confirm he had the parts. He didn't contact me so I rang 3 days later and couldn't contact him. Sent a message, no reply. Finally my husband rang and Marlon said he was trying to get the details. We've wasted 3 weeks with his horrible unprofessional customer service. He might do good work but his behaviour is atrocious and he shouldn't be in business. We will now have to find someone else to do the job. Thanks for nothing Marlon Panel and Paint.

I found Marlons Panel & Paint unprofessional and unhelpful. He is obviously good with his hands but terrible at running a business. His customer relations leaves much to be desired and he runs his shop like teenager who hopes somebody ells will pick up the slack. No regard to planning, business structure or conduct what so ever. Never again.

Monday 10th August 2015 about 10am I took my vehicle to this business for a quote . The guy was not there so I rang the mobile no, he answered and was there very quickly. He had a look, took a couple of photos on his phone and told me to ring him about 4pm for the quote. I am a shift worker and as I was working that afternoon I sent him a text asking if he could please text the quote due to my working. AT 5PM I sent him a text asking if he managed to do a quote. No reply and no quote.
On 11th August , 3.30pm I rang and asked if the quote was done. Another guy answered the phone - not with the business name just 'hello'. This guy then asked another guy that I am presuming was the guy that was going to give me a quote. I was advised that I would have it shortly !!!!!!
Today is the 14th August - no phone or text message and no quote. Not very professional at all.
