I would not recommend Virgin after service to a soul.However the Staff at Sunshine Plaza were more then helpful.Chermside had our phone for 3 weeks came back not g 5 phone and not working ph went to SunshinePlaza 11 days ago still waiting .many emails phone calls no one is helpful.now we have contacted fair trading we have a reference no if no satisfaction in 10 days they will follow up.My belief is now we should b handed a new phone not another second phone ,when this phone started playing up and sent I it was5mths into contract.Hope this matter is resolved.Annette Tyson

Decided to change from Optus as I was on a very limited plan and visited all of the mobile stores in the Sunshine Plaza. Virgin had the best deal and the service was second to none. For my birthday I received an Iphone and so I had to go and swap the chip over, the girl that served me was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I decided to ask about covers and she explained the differences without being pushy. Fantastic service and would highly recommend.
