They should change their name to Auto DON'T care. Terrible service. Took all day to do rego even though they said I was 3rd in line and would be done in 3 hours. Finally done by 4pm. No apologies until I complained. Empty apology. They DON'T care.

Horrible experience. My children and I were nearly killed in a car accident after these guys supposedly fixed my car.
Took my car in with unknown issues. Was quoted $1450. I specifically asked if that was all it needed and it would be safe to drive. I was previously in a serious car accident and hadn’t driven the car in almost a year which is why asked this question. I was told yes. When I went to pick the car up I was now told $1700. I’m a single mum and had to borrow money if I wanted my car back.
My first long distance drive in the car since they “fixed it” I realise as driving through the rain that my windscreen wipers are [removed] and won’t clear the screen. Driving in the dark and the rain I had to pull over till the rain subsided.
On the drive home at a major round about in the dark the car stalled. I had a choice to roll back and possibly smash into the person behind me or rev and hope the car will make it through. I was terrified. The car continued to stall anytime I had to stop at a light. I had my two kids in the car and it was night. I don’t know how we made it home. The mechanics response was that they actually hadn’t!!! done a full check of the car. The mechanic did not give care that he had put myself and my kids lives in danger. He wanted to pull it apart and keep working on it and charge me more money. I told him I want my money back. I’ve been so traumatised from the drive I won’t be driving again. DO NOT GO HERE. I would not trust these guys AT ALL.

Went there for a rego inspection of my motorcycle. The staff was unfriendly, though at least there was no waiting time.
