This facility is close to me, recently visited Dr Kee Wang regarding for Ct result, I noticed he wasn't happy at all to explain thing for me instead he print out result and put infront of me in a kind of Gesture to read yourself, my issue was serious and he didn't care about that but was in a hurry to finish it in 5 minuts and get rid of me, at the end I didn't get any advice or recommendation from him so it means I visit another GP to find out about the CT result.

Professional receptionist, i usualy see Dr kee wong as I find that he is the best doctor and always provide best advise. He also provide bulk billed electronic acupunture. This practice become my regular GP for my family.

I have found both the receptionits and Dr Lee to be very helpful and would recommend to anyone. Medications were not handed out like lollies and I felt I had been listened to

This place is ok until today. Rude frantic staff as soon as it gets busy. Receptionist I spoke to was so rude and almost yelling at me that I have to tell her to calm down. The receptionist needs training on manners. Ended up cancelling all appointments here as there are other local medical centres that doesn't have rude staff. Doctors here are ok except for one white haired doctor that gets pretty grumpy.

This medical centre bulk bills everyone :) . The staff are friendly and compassionate, not to mention the doctors who are knowledgeable and were happy to see us minutes before closing time :)

I had a wonderful experience at this Medical Centre. The staff were really helpful. The doctor was lovely, thorough and compassionate. My son loved the balloon animal the doctor made for him. Also, they bulk bill everyone :)
