The rentals department of Marsellos Pike is disgusting! They don't answer the phone's, don't reply to email's and dont have any customer service skills at all. Repairs were never carried out, inspections canceled due to light rain. I sent my 2 weeks notice and never got a reply to say that they had received it. I then get an email to ask if it was ok for the owner to do repairs a week before I am due to move and I said no as it wasnt convenient so they said tough and sent me out a notice of entry. WHY ASK then. Very unhappy with this real estate so be careful they are not a very nice company.
