Thank you to Greencross Vets Kenmore who took in a little Cockatoo I brought in this morning.

I apologise for the negative comments I previously made as I was very upset and did not understand the condition the bird had and how much pain it was in and how much suffering it was enduring and that it would eventually kill the bird.

I thank them for euthanising the little one and stopping it being in anymore pain. I didn't understand the condition, but thank you for stepping in and saving him/her from further suffering.

I would not recommend Green Cross Vets Kenmore. I arrived with my little dog who is sick and very old and was told I was late by almost 15 minutes. There was no one in the waiting room other than the receptionist and myself. I said the traffic had been bad and I had gone to the Marshall Lane address and found they had moved across the road. The receptionist said appointments were for 20 minutes and mine was now cancelled.

The staff are excellent and are very caring. Our cat had been unwell and from the time of my phoning them to discuss the problem they were great at listening and discussing the problem over the phone before me deciding to come in with my cat. Upon arrivasl they were friendly and caring to my cat and myself and were happy to listen to a comprehensive history of what had happenned. They took their time and really listened as well as appeared to care which i was really happy with.

Fantastic.The staff are wonderful and are always caring and kind to your animals.They are always willing to listen and advise even over the phone when you are not sure whether to bring your pet in or not.

My dog has been going to Marshall Lane Vet Clinic since he was a puppy. We love all the vets, and get fantastic, compassionate care. My dog had to stay at the clinic for a few days when he was bitten by a paralysis tick, and I was blown away with how caring the staff were at that time (and also really happy with the bill, which was smaller than I expected). I have moved house since my dog and I started going to the clinic, but I still drive across town to take my dog there because they are truly the best.
