Mary has 15 years of experience working in the community, hospitals and schools. She is a Young Australian of the Year Award (VIC) semi-finalist for Adolescent Grief program development.
Mary has a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, a Post-graduate Diploma in Counselling and a degree in Clinical Pastoral Education. She is also a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association.
Mary Matthews is registered as a professional counselling service taking referrals from both WIRE - Women's Information Referral Service and SWITCH BOARD support services.
Counselling sessions are held in her East Brunswick rooms and there is an option for long-distance counselling sessions over Skype.
