Some of my biggest bargains were shoes reduced from $1000 (no, I didn't add too many zeros) to $100, they always have a few "throw out" bins at $50 cash only, and the whole rang of scrumptious designer shoes (Tods, Pucci, Richard Tyler, Clergerie, Lodi, Zanotti and so on) at great sale prices.
