Master Cut Food Industry

I have coeliac disease and was told the meat I purchased was gluten free. Only to realise it had bread crumb stuffing inside when I cooked it. After calling Mastercut back I had to travel back down to the butcher to get my money back then he tried to charge me $8 for the steak I picked to quickly replace my dinner since I couldn’t eat it. The older man was extremely rude. I would recommend shopping somewhere else until they realise how important good customer service is!!!
