Excellent work, guaranteed work, coz two weeks back he fixed my garage door.. It was working good, today as it pretty old door it got some issues in the side rollers, when I called him, he came and fixed the door and wheel and tighten the springs etc. He spent almost 1.5hrs but charged 20$ just for the wheel..

I was very impressed with the excellent service from Peter. He went out of his way to help me after I had damaged my roller door. Came around promptly and did a follow up visit when I was unsure of what sort of door colour etc to choose.
Peter and his son did a great job AND cleaned up afterwards. I would have no hesitation in recommending Master Garage Doors - good old fashioned customer service, which is so lacking these days.

I called one afternoon when my garage door stopped working. After calling a few companies, I didn't think I would get anyone to come that same day but Peter endeavoured & came after he finished his last job that afternoon.
He was honest in explaining that he fixed the problem but can't guarantee how long it will last as the motor was old. We could opt to change the motor that day to ensure longevity but it will cost more. He could have suggested we change the motor in the first instance and we would have been none the wiser. We decided to take a chance.
Soon after he left, we found that we couldn't operate the garage with the manual button. We called him immediately. He didn't return for a few days but he did come back to fix the problem without extra charge.

yet simple they are masters in their business/ last month called them for a minor repair in my garage door which is an automatic one/. i got immediate response and got it fixed in the same day. good value for money.
