I am having my walk in wardrobe fixed, I asked for a quote,
A guy did come over from master wardrobes on time.
He drew a few stecthes of the outlay and we were very happy with that. He told us he will get back to us in a couple of days by email and also contacting me on the phone to make sure I got the email.
I was very pleased with how everything was working out, but the couple of days turned into a week, so I called them myself and spoke to the owner of the bussiness asking about my quote, he said to me that he would get back to me later in the day.
So I waited for another week and I called again, this time I spoke to a woman, I told her what has been happening and she was very concerned that I have not heard from them yet she seemed very helpfull and she told me she will get a hold of the guy who came over to my place to call me A.S.A.P and guess what he did.
He was very sorry with all the delay just for the quote, he promised me he will send an email and ring me the next day with all the information for my quote, well I am still waiting and it is over a month for the last contact I had with him.
So I have decided not to go with them.
This is not how you conduct a bussiness it is a shame as I was very happy with the layout, but it's their loss not mine
