Very helpful, non-pushy staff. Nice clean neat outlet with lots of great gift ideas for anyone who loves their time in the kitchen.

Had a fantastic time trying out great things and we only went in to buy a teapot.
I saw onion safety glasses and had to take a photo of it. I posted it as my facebook profile because it was so funny. These guys are great people and are wonderful staff members.

I recently went to the Bayside Shopping Centre in Frankston, and discovered that Matchbox has a new store there. Fantastic products and service; welcome guys, you're a godsend to anyone looking for kitchen wares or even just good honest advice.

This store has just opened recently and I am so excited they have come to Frankston! Such a huge range of quality home ware brands, including Maxwell and Williams. The staff were friendly and I didn't have to wait long for service. The store and displays were clean and inviting. The only negative aspect is that I couldn't fit my pram down some of the side displays due to stock stacked on the floor. However the main aisles had plenty of room.
