Matisse has recently changed hands, old clients are no longer important, genY is the name of the game. Be prepared for opinionated comments from a know it all, and outspoken apprentices doing your hair. No way, not for me, after years of great service, I'm moving elsewhere. I ask for my usual, they don't do that anymore. Our way is the only way, too bad. Also walked in when having something personal done - no respect! Overall a waste of money bad service.
I got a great haircut and it didn't cost much. I'll definitely be going there again.
Very disappointed. Not only was I walked in on twice when I was having something personal done, but I was then charged more for having 5 extra hairs tweezed out. To top off what was an overall disappointing experience when I was paying, the staff ringing up my order felt it necessary to publicly announce what I had just had done - not very discreet! I would not recommended and I will certainly not be returning. Waste of money and bad service!
That's incredibly inappropriate to be walked in on twice during a personal treatment. You shouldn't have been charged at all considering the circumstances!
