It was requested of Matt several times to install either a larger shower head or a shower head that had adjustable settings, as part of the bathroom repairs and renovations. We were assured that this would not be a problem. Instead of this, we were ignored and a cheap, smaller shower was installed. When we attempted to address this with the plumber, this was also dismissed with a rather apathic attitude! We discovered that Bunnings sold these larger and adjustable shower heads for as little as $25, which we will now have to purchase, because some plumbers need to go back to Customer Service School and learn how to do as customers have requested!

Wow! A plumber that is reliable, professional and charges reasonable rates. I had Matt do the plumbing work required when I redesigned my laundry. He was recommended by Facoory Cabinetry (also excellent - see review). He arrived a little earlier than expected, worked unobtrusively, was courteous and cleaned up before he left. If I need a plumber again, I'll be calling Matt Daly.
