They are very rude. Talk over you about other people the whole time you are getting your eyebrows done. Absolutely no customer service at all. The way the business is run is also very unprofessional. They make you pay for the service the day before receiving it and if you don't receive their rude text message in time they cancel your appointment. I definitely suggest using their competition...Better service and better brows,,

Worst eyebrows I had in years, cried over the results. I naturally have nice thick dark eye brows. Basically all I ask for is to clean them up a bit, prefer to keep them full as that gives a more youthful look. 4 months ago, saw Matts name in the newspaper and thought- Ill give it a go- new stylist, fresh look maybe. Not to mention that I was absolutely happy with the stylist I had before. They say if its not broken dont fix it and Oh boy, did I pay for doubting that wisdom. Well first time I come in, the staff informs me- We will try to keep your eye brows as thick as possible. I was pretty happy with the result, they sent me home with further instructions to grow a bit more and fill in in the areas I had little tiny gaps. 3 months, long torturous months that neither myself nor anyone else touched my eyebrows- trust me 3 months is a long time I basically came back with two bushes above my eyes. This time around, staff- doesnt tell me about the intent to keep them full , well Im thinking- it goes without saying, and little did I know. While sitting in the chair I remember thinking once- oh boy, theres definitely a lot of plucking and waxing happening now I have to mention- they put a little tint on you, to make them look fuller and darker. When I was given a miracle- I thought oh Gee that looks a bit thin, but let me go home and see under different light. Plus, you know, there are 3 people in the room 2 people right behind the door, do you really want to put on a scene in front of all these people?? NO, you thinking- oh its 7 pm at night, everyones tired, let me go home and sleep on it.. Came home, took off a tint, and cried, literally cried- I now have these two fake looking thin threads. Absolutely the worst, thats just too embarrassing.
