Nice big place. Lovely place to sit and have a chat. Pretty good service. I would like to see them offer Rice Milk alternatives to dairy (like some places in Wollongong do, not just soy) but apart from that - they are a really nice place to go. Great after the movies or dinner. They can get VERY busy though in the evenings.

I had a dark hot chocolate here yesterday and as the last time I was there it wasn't quite hot enough, the staff member April who served me offered to heat the chocolate syrup as well as the milk so it would be extra hot. Very good service!
