After waiting 4 months to have our car repaired they left it filthy inside, disconnected our dash cam without permission and didn't reconnect it. When questioned about this Dillan (refused to give us his surname and said he was the assistant manager) was condescending, arrogant and unconcerned. He was also full of excuses

Funny thing, i'm about to write my review and see how bad the previous one is - if only I had seen beforehand! Absolutely terrible experience here also - so disorganised and time wasters - last review said he waited 22 days - I wish I was so lucky!!!
Never again take the insurance co repairer choice!

IF THERE WAS LESS THAN HALF A STAR, THAT WOULD BE THE RATING I WOULD GIVE MAXBUTTS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - THEY CONSTANTLY OVER-PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER. I AM YET TO SEE MY CAR AND DETERMINE THE QUALITY BUT IT BETTER BE GOOD CONSIDERING I WAS INITIALLY TOLD IT WOULD BE FINISHED WITHIN 10 DAYS AND AM STILL WAITING 22 DAYS LATER. YES THEY WERE WAITING ON PARTS - I UNDERSTAND AND I AM NOT AN IDIOT - HOWEVER AFTER AT LEAST 17 PHONE CALLS AND AN IMPENDING DEADLINE, THEY ARE STILL FAILING TO SPRAY PAINT AND CURE MY CAR. SERIOUSLY ATROCIOUS. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

Fantastic Service, they have had good reputation for a long time here on the Gold Coast, and now I know why! Thank you so much for looking after my Commodore so well, you guys did such a good job! She looks better than before!
