I took the wife and kids to this place last week for my birthday.
The service was awfull, I sent back my plate as it was greasy and dirty. The food was terrible full of gristle, and by the end of the evening I was sick and so was my wife. NEver ever again

The food is quite good at this restaurant but the service is terrible. The wife & I attended last night for a meal. The one & only staff on duty told us that it would be at least half an hour before we would be able to eat. We agreed to this & decided we would have a glass of wine (BYO) while waiting.
It took us ages before the staff member would acknowlege our repeated requests for atrtention - just to get two wine glasses.
She asked us whether we wanted prawn crackers as a starter. We said, yes, but they never arrived. We were not offered water.
We had requested chopsticks & bowls but were given dinner plates. We requested the bowls & chopsticks, again, & they were given to us - by her just placing the bowls on our dinner plates!
We enjoyed what we had in regard to the food but wont be going back to that restaurant again. They definitely need additional staff in the restaurant section.
Also, we did ask for a king prawn dish but was told they had run out of king prawns.

We often order takeaway from May garden and get it delivered. The food is fantastic but the wait for it to be delivered is appalling, however they do call you after a hour to update you on when your order will arrive. They really need to get themselves some more delivery drivers and kitchen staff to cope with how busy they get. There food is obviously liked by many therefor they should keep their customers happy. I will continue to get T/A from here as we really like the food. Just remember to ring and order as soon as they open for trading.

I will never go there again! I waited 2hours for my take-away meal on a weekday! And I was not the only one waiting too, there were about 7 of us. Staff continued to till us 'ready in 10mins' and it wasn't.

Nice chinese cuisene. This place can be found in the same complex as Coles and IGA. They also do delivery so this place is a much better option than pizza if you are ordering out.

I would not rush here for a meal again. I felt like I was dining in food hall. The food does not have much flavour and the surroundings look dirty. Not exactly what I call a nice experience. The staff were friendly enough, but I wonder if the is a proper chef or if it is out of the freezer.
