Got them out to seal the gap of the left hand side of the freezer door. The technician jiggled the hinges instead of putting new seal. Ended with bigger gaps on both sides of the door. Technician was unprofessional, rude and tried to talk to his way out of repairing it. First and the last time. Will NOT use them again.

Knew the make, model, error code and everything of my faulty oven BEFORE they came out .... took my money first and then told me that parts were no longer available .... they already knew this before they came out ... this advice could have been given to me on the phone, but then they wouldn't have been able to sting me for two hundred bucks that way .... duplicitous pricks ... now my new oven will be 200 bucks more expensive than it needed to be .... THANKS MAYNER & COCHRAN .... fool me once .......

Got them out to look at dishwasher that was not draining. Turned out to be in the hose under the sink. But they wouldn't fix it, as it's not something they do. So most of my included half hour (that comes with callout) went to waste. Next time I'll look for a plumber that also fixes dishwashers.

Excellent. Really great service. Good value. Came out and fixed our washing machine with no fuss. Even showed us how to prevent problems in the future.
