Our particular development has been involved in a 4 year battle for building rectifications. Without the constant support and professional knowledge of Craig and his team we could not possibly have pursued this course of action. The paperwork he has been bombarded with has been more than onerous, and being able to interpret and advise has required enormous time and ability from him - much of which we have not been charged for. This work has been over and above his normal responsibilities in managing our complex. We have dealt with numerous Owners Corps. over the years but never have we received the service we get from Craig. Nothing seems to be a trouble for them. Craig has been lovely to work with. When we had some water damage, he arranged for a plasterer and painter to repair the job. The contractors he sent were punctual, polite and the end job was pretty good :-) I'm a happy camper!

Common Property Renovations had been planned for 8- 10 yrs. Craig took over and got all owners to agree to the upgrade. The renovations are almost completed.
