Saw all the positive reviews and thought I'd try these guys instead of my usual mechanic. Minor service, RW inspection + certificate and a new tyre. During the inspection a handful of item needed attention to and all recommendations seemed genuine and honest. 2 days later picked up the car ready to go for a reasonable price. Will come again.

I found the good reviews so thought I'd take my holden Barina for a quick service. The owner asked how many Kim's the car has done. Once known he said timing belt has to be changed etc. All up $800+. Later he found rocket cover seal needed replacing too. So $960 all up. Seemed ok to me as I know nothing about the mechanics of cars though I've been driving for 30 + years now. Collected car and drove out of his garage and by the time I reached service lane smoke started from fan and severe burnt smell. Returned and they did some testing and repair and got me on my way. Only problem I was not convinced later when I realised what explanation was given for the burning/melting of fan. He said due to high temperature on the day. I have used fan/ac on hotter days and no reaction. Was this a coincidence or is their explanation correct is my only unanswered question to date. Also my alarm went off and they disconnected it permanently. Never had this issue also in my life of owning and driving a car. So overall pleased but not excited with the outcome. The owner is a great bloke so don't get me wrong.
Thanks for your review however it was not a quick service, it was a major service carried out on your vehicle, as your car was close to 100,000kms you were also advised that your timing belt will need to be replaced.
It was shown to you that the rocket cover gasket was leaking and your oil pressure switch was leaking (which was replaced Free of charge).
As for your air conditioning fan, yes we did road test your car however we didn't road test it with your air conditioner on as we didn't replace anything to with that.
You then bought the car back, the problem was found and was nothing to do with the service carried out on your vehicle. It was found that the fan had started to melt the regulator switch on the motor, this was due to wear and tear, being a extremely hot day it was over working. We again advised you of this and we're happy to help you out and fix it for you on the spot and again not charge you.
This was all explained to you on the day as we show and explain to all our customers before fixing their cars.
Overall there was no issue with the service we provided you it was another issue with your car that decided to stop working when it did.
missed the appointment twice. no time sense. didn't even apologise and no explanation for missing the appointment. bad attitude. Extremely disappointed and never going back.
