Super helpful & fast. First time using mcaully smash repairs and I can say I haven't had an issue with them so far.

I've had repairs done at Mc Aully's a few times over the last 25 years because the insurance company said that's where it had to be done, the latest was about a year ago after my daughter had an accident, For the first time I was happy with the panel repair bar the fact they don't coat the parts you don't see and now those parts are going rusty. When we tried to use the aircon it wouldn't work so my daughter took the car back and the aircon guy at McAully's told her it was this pipe it was a common occurrence so it was up to us to fix it, I thought highly unlikely to be the pipe it worked fine before the accident and the accident only required the radiator to be replaced. So I took the car to an aircon place all they did was fill it up with gas and it's been working ever since, funny that! I went back to McAully's to try to recover the money I had to spend to fix their incompetence but the person in charge said I should have come back to them first (which my daughter had done and all they did was feed her a load of BULL) then I was accused of being a smart ass, I guess because I didn't fall for their "tall stories and dishonesty and caught them out. He said he would get back to me after he talked to the aircon guy but he never did. Surprise! I will never go back there again if I have a choice.
