well at mcdonalds n ararat the customer services is discusting i dont know how many times i have complained its discusting n 1 woman is so rude to the workers its discusting puts them down all the time n frony off customers

Staff look like they just rolled out of bed, They need some training on how to be professional. The food is always greasy and sloppy, I have had mcdonalds elsewhere and it is definitely better than our local mcdonalds, Quiet disappointing, Definitly room for improvement at this "restaurant"

We had a bus breakdown in Ararat, and were in town for some 4 hours. This McDonalds put up with approx 70 people for 3 or so hours, sitting in their restaurant, watching their TV and using their wifi! Very patient, kind people!
