The staff member [redacted name] at the Brassall store needs to learn how to treat customers like humans and not like cows lining up to get milked. I was the only one ordering and still it was too difficult for him to hand me my order but instead slapping it on the grubby bench 2 mtrs away and yelling my order number not more than 2 minutes after I had just ordered.... I was the only one waiting. [redacted due to offensive language] Is it that hard to serve with a smile? It was also a little difficult to find a clean bench to sit at to enjoy my squashed burger (common McDonald's practice) as there was a lot of rubbish left on and around the tables. Clean up your act Brassall Macca's!!

It is very well presented inside, they have a tv set up for those of us sport lovers, a decent payground for the kids, very neat and tidy. Outside is not always the cleanest as some lazy people will just throw their rubish instead of using the bins allocated, but this is not always the teams fault

Great coffee! Sunday mornings are spend with a latte and banana bread. It does get very busy but I've never been stuffed around unlike most other McDonalds stores. I recomend the coffee to everyone!

Great food, quick service, my kids love eating there and playing on the play equipment that they have for kids, great place to have a coffee on a great day out.
