Im sure we have all experienced "poor" customer service at some stage or another at McDonalds, from receiving bad customer service verbally, to being given the incorrect order. But i must say, this particular McDonalds franchise is different to other in the sense; that the staff that work their provide great customer service, and out of the times that I have ordered there, they have never got my order incorrect.. resulting in me having to get it corrected. Also, the odd times they ask you to park up whilst your order is made, they never have you waiting for long. Great service all round!
