Inside always seems to be a little dirty, floors are sticky and tables haven't been cleaned. There was a big wait and the staff were talking and mucking around. The play area is tiny and also quite grubby :(

Dirty Restaurant-someone should do a mystery shop here!! They would fail.
The day I went NOBODY knew how to make my mango frappe at the cafe and after 4 people came and went the manager had to come out and read the instruction manual on how to do it. I could have done a better job. Not a well run business.
