terrable service, constantly making mistakes on orders! cold food, chips and drinks are never filled to the top. there is also hardly ever anyone working at the coffee area

This would have to be one of the worst stores. They got my order wrong, plus my meal was cold and the staff had attitudes.
This is the worst fast food place I have ever been to in my life... I will not go into all the details about how shitty the service and quality is but I will say this... After messing up my order, the kid in the drive-through window called me a 'Dumb-ass' under his breath but loud enough for me to hear him... He is lucky that after taking one look at him and realizing he is capable of messing up a Maccas order, I took it as a compliment...
Terrible service. place dirty.not enough staff. my wife left waiting 10 minutes in queue and then gave up. Wrote to HO and never received a reply.

Food was not served hot. There were very long delays. My order was filled incorrectly. Ingredients were not fresh (brown lettuce), the store appeared dirty, and when I asked to speak to manager I was spoken to rudely by employees.
