We eat at Mcdonalds Murray Bridge because its easy. The food isn't too bad most of the time although they need to work on the fries. They are constantly stuffing up the orders and some of the staff are quite rude. Good Frappes though

Will not being going back here! Customer service is bad , food is bad - overall bad experience. It's not hard to pretend that you enjoy your job (whether you do or not!) it's definitly not hard to have a bit of customer service either!
The order took what seemed like forever, which is sad for fast food.

very clean but slow service and food is OK but very small and expensive and not good value for money. and like others say they say the ice cream machine is not working.

mcdonalds really tastes bad and is bad for you anyway i did'nt enjoy but i reccomend kfc for people who have the same views as me

The last few visits to this mcdonalds, ive ordered a sunday or a thickshake and for some reason they say we cant do any ice creams, im not sure if they've run out or if the silly machine is not working.

There was a long line inside the restaurant and the staff seemed to care more about drive-thru orders than people standing and waiting inside. Meal was as expected from MacDonalds although drinks always seem flat when I order. Lots of staff but they were rushing around for drive thru. As I am pregnant I eventually had to sit down and wait for my order. Dissapointing .

This is just your typical McDonalds store, nothing exceptional about the service, but always a great place to visit.

dining in is ok take away better staff a bit rough around the edges at times food ok fairly clean kids love it maybe for the play ground they never seem to eat a lot of food family friendly clean toilets overall ok

Eating MacDonald's is one of the great joys of life, however it is a bit of a drive so its not the easiest place to go to but apart from that its tip top!!!

I have been to many mcdonald family restaurants over the years and the Murray Bridge restaurant has consistant poor service. I can only attribute this to poor management. They go through a lot of staff, and can never seem to get the system right. Last visit wanted a quick coffee and paper as was travelling, waited 20 min for coffee. 3 staff attempted to make coffee, but left it and went on to another job. It got ridiculous. Finally I got my money back.
